We would like to personally invite you to ABRM”s ‘ALL HEART BEAUTIES” Open Regional Semi-Glitz Pageant! We have included several special surprises that will allow each contestant to feel like the star they are!Be a part of pageantry as it should be with a beautifully theme decorated ballroom and backdrop creating an exciting experience for all those attending! This pageant is open to all states. DON’T MISS OUT!!!

DEADLINE FOR ENTRY-All deposits and paperwork must be in by February 11th, 2012.
Our pageants are based on Facial Beauty, Personality and Overall Appearance for the Beauty event.
AGE DIVISIONS– Age division will be determined by the contestants age as of JANUARY 1st, 2012.
Baby -0-23 Toddler -2-3 Tiny Miss-4-6 Little Miss -7-9 Pre-teen -10-12 Teen -13-15 Miss -16 -24 Ms/Mrs-25 and up
Each contestant will be called up on stage no matter where you place to be
crowned and to receive a very special gift!
ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME QUEEN –Our Ultimate Grand Supreme Queen will receive an exquisite rhinestone crown, a beautiful ABRM custom embroidered sash, $500 cash equivalent savings bond and an outstanding gift! Based on the highest combined scores in Beauty, Photogenic and Judges Choice Awards. Once entered in the Ultimate package you are also eligible for the Overall Grand Supreme and Division Queen titles.
ELITE PLATINUM SUPREME QUEEN-EXCITING NEWS! We want to allow our contestants an additional chance to win BIG money which is why we are offering an optional where you can win a $1000.00 bond on top of our already exciting list of cash and prizes! This is a simple entry it is awarded to the contestant with the highest combined Beauty and any one optional score! She will receive an exquisite ABRM rhinestone crown, a beautiful custom embroidered satin sash, $1000.00 cash equivalent savings bond and an outstanding gift! Entry is only $50, however there must be at least 20 contestants entered or dollar amount collected will be divided and awarded to the winner. Sorry No sibling discount permitted for this entry.
OVERALL GRAND SUPREME QUEENS-Three Overall Grand Supreme Queens in the 0-3, 4-9, 10 up age divisions will receive a beautiful rhinestone crown and sash, ABRM money toward the Grand National Pageant and a fabulous gift!
OVERALL BEAUTY SUPREME QUEENS-Two Overall Beauty Supreme Queens in the 0-6 and 7 & up age divisions will receive a beautiful rhinestone crown and sash, ABRM money toward the Grand national Pageant and a fabulous gift! This is an optional category offered and is judged on the highest Facial Beauty score only to be judged during the Beauty event.
OVERALL NOVICE SUPREME QUEENS-Two Overall Novice Supreme Queens in the 0-6 and 7 & up age divisions will receive a beautiful rhinestone crown, sash and ABRM money toward the Grand National Pageant and a fabulous gift! This is an optional category offered to contestants who have not won more than $500 cash at any previous pageant in the past 3 years.
DIVISION BEAUTY QUEENS-One Queen in each age division will receive a beautiful rhinestone crown and sash, ABRM $ money toward the Grand National Pageant and a fantastic gift! Judging will be in Beauty, Personality and Overall Appearance only! No modeling required! *In the Ms/Mrs. Division contestants may be single, married or divorced.
PHOTOGENIC WINNER-There will be photogenic winners in each age division who will receive a very nice gift! Photos may be snap shots or professionally taken. An 8x10 size is best, but not required.
COMPOSITE WINNER-There will be one composite winner in each of the following age divisions 0-6 and 7 and up who will receive a fabulous gift! The composite must consist of 2 or more photos on one page.
MODELS CHOICE– One modeling winner from each age division will receive a very nice gift! You get to select what you wear! We ask that it be age appropriate please. This can be Costume, Western Wear, Sportswear, Casual Wear, Party Wear, Swimwear, or whatever makes you feel the best on stage! You may bring your own music and props! Judged on overall appearance, personality, modeling ability and stage presentation.
ELITE PRINT MODEL-There will be two Elite Print Model winners, one in the 0-6 one in 7 and up age divisions who will receive a fantastic gift! May be any type of photo of a modeling pose or product shot. .
JUDGES CHOICE AWARDS- The side award winners in each division for BEST DRESSED, PRETTIEST HAIR and BEST PERSONALITY will each receive a very nice gift! Side awards will be judged during the Beauty event.
OPTIONAL OVERALL AWARDS --OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL, OVERALL PHOTOGENIC , OVERALL BEST MODEL ,OVERALL BEST BEAUTY ATTIRE, OVERALL MOST GLAMOROUS, OVERALL ELITE PRINT MODEL, OVERALL BEST COMPOSITE and OVERALL ACHIEVEMENT/COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD Winners selected will be the contestant in each category with the highest score who will receive a fabulous gift!
STAR ROLE MODEL– The contestant who exhibits role model behavior throughout the event will receive a fantastic gift! This is a highly honored title which is FREE to all contestants.
ACHIEVEMENT/COMMUNITY SERVICE-This is also a FREE category given to recognize contestants who have excelled in these areas. Please email a 200 word or less essay about your job, academic standing or community service no later than two weeks before the pageant date for a chance to win a fabulous award on stage! Routines in all categories will be timed and are to be no longer than 1 1/2 minutes in length. You may bring your own music (must be on a CD) for the Models Choice only, all other music will be provided for you.
ATTIRE & MAKE-UP –For All ages, your choice of glitz dress or gown, any and all types of beading is permitted. Please remember that this is semi glitz so make sure that hair, make-up and attire are age appropriate and not too excessive.
DOOR BADGE /ADMISSION– Everyone must have a door badge (except contestants and one parent/gaurdian) to be presented when entering the ballroom. Door badges are $8 for all events. Seniors and children ages 5 and up are $4 for all events. Children 4 and under will be FREE.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT– Refer 5 or more new contestants that enter Ultimate Grand Supreme and your entry fees for the Ultimate Grand Supreme package will be PAID IN FULL. Your name must appear on the referral line of entry form.
America’s Beautiful Role Model understands and appreciates the hard work that each parent and contestant puts forth preparing to compete, therefore we would like to assure you that we are committed to doing our best in making this a truly wonderful experience, maintaining the utmost integrity and complete fairness to all contestants! Each contestant is important to us and will receive something very special just for participating!
HOST HOTEL INFORMATION We are pleased to be holding our 2012 regional pageant at the beautiful Atrium Hotel and Conference Center -30 Tri-County Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246. We have booked a room block at a reduced rate of just $59!!!

We have the most exciting party planned for each contestant, their family and friends!
Lots of games, dessert, prizes and great music The exact party time will be listed on your
competition schedule which you will receive at registration.
ABRM RULES AND GUIDELINES
We request your cooperation in adhering to the following rules and guidelines that will assist us in making this pageant a memorable experience for you and your child.
- We ask that contestants and parents exhibit good sportsmanship, cooperation and friendly behavior throughout the competition. Any infringement of this request may result in the disqualification of the contestant without refund of entry fee and contestant will forfeit all awards.
- For Semi-Glitz pageant-All ages may wear your choice of glitz dress or gown any and all types of beading is permitted. Please remember that this is semi glitz so we ask that hair, make-up and attire are age appropriate and not too excessive.
- There will be no double crowning in Beauty to allow as many winners as possible.
- All contestants ages 0-2 must be escorted on stage by a parent or an adult.
- Personal checks and Paypal accepted up to 1 week before the pageant. We will only accept money order, cashiers check, or cash at registration. PayPal payments may be sent to abrmstar@gmail.com
- The decision of the judges is FINAL in all instances and deductions may be assessed if any ABRM rules are broken.
- Sibling discount is as follows: The first child will pay full price and 2nd child pays 1/2 price.
- When bringing your own music for any modeling category it must be on a cd and cued to start immediately. You must be ready when your division is called or a .1 deduction may be assessed. It is your responsibility to make sure that our equipment will read your CD properly before competition begins.
- Everyone must compete in the age division they are as of January 1st, 2012 or you may move up one age division. Proof of age may be required.
- ABRM money may not be added together or discounts combined (excluding Photo Contest discounts), you must use highest dollar amount of any one credit at all ABRM pageants.
- Must have at least 25 contestants or cash bonds will be awarded in half the amount stated.
- All winners of a savings bond will be paid in cash/check equivalent of that bond.
- There are no deductions for missing teeth, braces, casts or wraps due to injuries.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other contestant except a sibling, but may be applied to any upcoming national or regional of same year. At the national level the deposit will be non transferable to contestants or any other pageant, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A REFUND it will not be given. The transferal of regional deposits will only be good during the year that the deposit is made.
- Division line-up will be determined according to the date that the entry form is received, first in will be last out. Sorry,
- Directors obtain the right to refuse a contestants entry as well as admission to parent/guests at the event site as this is deemed a private function of ABRM.
- Any and all photos/ videos taken at any ABRM pageant may be used for advertising and the promotion of America’s Beautiful Role Model.
- By signing the Release/Waiver you affirm that all information that you have submitted is true and correct and furthermore that you have read and understand all rules and guidelines thus releasing ABRM Productions, directors and all affiliates including event hotels from any and all liability pertaining to loss or injury incurred at pageant site or travel to and from. ABRM will not be held liable in any way for attending vendors.
